Z-DNA/RNA



    User can select the desired length to generate either Z-DNA or Z-RNA duplex by entering the number of CG repeats. Click the 'Submit' button to generate the 3-dimentional output file in a protein data bank (PDB) coordinate file format. User can view the generated 3D structure in the given molecule viewer or can 'Download' and visualize using other molecule visualizers.
